SurfaceGard Penetrating Sealer, part of the TileLab line of tile and stone care products by Custom Building Products, protects a tile or stone installation from oil- and water- based stains. The recently improved formula features Teflon Surface Protector, an ingredient that adds effectiveness by repelling grease, dirt and other contaminants by reducing their ability to adhere to and penetrate into the surface.
