AeroTech oven

Fisher & Paykel has introduced the AeroTech oven. Using a micropressor and electronic controls instead of the traditional thermostat in other ovens, AeroTech controls conditions inside the oven cavity, ensuring less temperature fluctuation. The oven features 13 Optilevel shelf positions, 10 cooking modes and 4 cu. ft. of total capacity.
