Built-in Electric 36-in. wide Ovens

Viking Range adds to its Professional Series line of built-in cooking products, electric 36-in wide and single and double ovens. The oven cavities are self-cleaning and fully featured, with eight cooking and special-use modes. The oven also features a conventional baking and broiling setting and a built-in meat probe that automatically shuts off when the desired internal meat temperature has been reached.
