Rocket Roaster

Comalco introduces The Rocket Roaster outdoor cooker. The Roaster is designed so food is not exposed to the fire but only intense heat from all around and above. There is no direct heat from below, and the unit is designed so that the drippings never burn even with high temperature exposure, with no need to add water. The porcelain or stainless steel charcoal pans have been sized to hold the right amount of charcoal so there is no guesswork. A vertical trivet for poultry is included and it also comes with a wire basket for items like pot-roast, ribs, vegetables.
