Who's Calling, Inc.'s Customer Capture 5 is a upgrade to the company's call measurement and monitoring service. The upgrade includes new options, enhanced features and increased reporting functionality, delivering greater efficiency and ease of use. New functions include: call manager that presents all detailed call information on one screen; 18 new call reports defined by criteria; privacy notifications; PDF output capability that allows for multiple campaign reports to separate campaigns by page; and print-ready journal notes for every caller.
