Smart Vent Inc.'s automaticlly flood released Foundation Flood Vents minimize damage to homes affected by flooding waters and makes cleanup speedy. The vent can be installed during construction or as a retrofit and requires a 8- by 16-in. of opening that protects a 200 sq. ft. of enclosed space.
