Proformer

Dacor's 48-inch stainless steel "Proformer" dual fuel range with two ovens, features a gas flame broiler in a self-cleaning electric oven. The 20,000 BTU broiler is made of ceramic tile and distributes heat evenly for broiling. The range has three 14-inch wide grates, electronic timer and oven control, automatic reignition and a simmer plate which allows food to be held at a safe 140-degree temperature when the burner is on a low setting.
