Viking now offers the C4 Outdoor Cooker; C4 is the abbreviation for Charcoal Ceramic Cooking Capsule. The unit offers a 315-sq.-in. cooking surface with a ceramic interior that provides maximum heat retention. It is constructed of 18-gauge spun stainless steel and is available in a 30-in. wide model and a 40-in. wide model.
