Ground Applied Dream Deck from Thermal Industries installs on existing ground without a wood substructure. Therefore, a building permit may not be necessary. GAD quickly installs with Thermal Industries' snap-on spacer clip system, allowing uniform spacing between the vinyl planks. Planks are available in white, earthtone and gray colors. A variety of rail components is available.
