BillQuick, a software program by BQE Software, manages clients, projects, phases, document management, estimates, WIP and receivables. It also features unlimited employee, task and project bill rates. BillQuick handles any billing arrangement: T&M, fixed fee, percent complete, sub-contractors, recurring and billing against retainers. The software integrates with QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook and Intuit Complete Payroll.
