TechShield

Louisiana-Pacific's TechShield laminated radiant barrier sheathing is installed just like standard roof sheathing. Through a process that perforates the foil, TechShield allows the wood subtrate to breathe. If it gets damp, moisture can escape through these perforations. TechShield has a low emissivity and a high reflectivity and prevents up to 97 percent of the radiant heat from entering the attic.
