Custom Building Products has just announced RhinoBoard, a new fiber cement backerboard. The 1/4-in. nominal thickness fiber cement board is designed for use as a substrate for interior floor and counter installations. Composed of a hard matrix that delivers durability while weighing less than 1.6 lbs. per sq.-ft., it is easy to handle and scores and snaps cleanily with minimal residue.
